2022 TAX INFORMATION

In order to ensure both Bambino and our sitters are compliant with government regulations and you are receiving all of the forms you need, Bambino must collect taxpayer information from every individual that has earned over $600 in 2022.

Our current payment processor requires us to collect this information manually, so please use this secure form to provide all of the required information directly to Braintree. If this form is not completed by the time we transition to Stripe, you will no longer be able to be active on the Bambino platform.
