I’m the oldest sibling, so I like to joke that I’ve been in childcare my whole life 😂! But professionally, I’ve been working with children for 4 years and counting. I’m currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work closely with children and support their communication, social skills, routines, and individual needs. I’m patient, caring, and love finding fun ways to keep kids engaged while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m also very big on communication with parents and making sure I follow each family’s routines and preferences.
