Hello, I’m Alyssa. I graduated from college in 2024 and currently work part-time as a nanny/house manager for a 2 year old boy, three days a week. Alongside that, I run a home decor business. I’m 25 years old and have been babysitting for the past 14 years, including 5 years as a dedicated full-time nanny/house manager. Caring for children has always been a passion of mine. It was my first job and remains a career I truly cherish. I’ve cared for children ranging from preemies to 16-year-olds and am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified, with additional babysitting course training. I am a Registered Behavior Technician for children with autism. The children I work with vary in age between 18 months and twelve years. I have been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2021. Along with my full time job, I have been a respite care lead since 2022. At my respite job I work with children, teens, and adults with disabilities ranging in age from 6 months to 60 years old. Prior to specifically working with individuals with special needs, I worked at a girls only after school and summer program for several years. I currently live on the north east side of Indy with my dachshund!
