Hello all, my name is Alasija "Lay" Tamarlen Harris, I am currently a Daycare Manager & Infant teacher at Best Early Development Center. I show a lot of pride for my city and the rich, diverse background of the people who live in it. I’ve babysat for over 80+ families in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. I have many years of experience with children, and more specifically, infants. I have earned my Child Development Associates, CPR license, First Aid License and even worked as an assistant director to daycare provider for 3 years!
