About Hailey

Hi I’m Hailey! I’m the oldest of four, so caring for kids has been second nature to me for as long as I can remember. I’ve also babysat for friends over the years, with experience ranging from infants to 16-year-olds. I currently serve in the National Guard going on 7 years now, which helped shape me into someone who’s dependable, calm under pressure, and highly responsible. I’m also First Aid and AED certified, so safety is always a top priority. I love creating a fun, safe environment for kids, whether that means playing games, reading stories, or helping with routines.
