Hello! I’m Caroline McQuaid and I’m 21 years old. I have been a sitter since I was nearly 10, working with infants at my church and helping around my neighborhood. Since then, I have had the chance to nanny for families during several summers and have worked with kids anywhere from 2 months to 15 years old!
