I am from a family of 8 children and have been babysitting since I was a kid. I have been a full-time nanny since I was in college about 30 years ago. I am calm and patient and all kids love me.

Howdy, I’m Abby! I was born in Fort Worth and moved to Austin in 2008. I began working with children at this time, volunteering in the nursery at my church. I have experience with kids of all ages as well as neurodiversity. In my free time I like to listen to live music, read, roller skate, and volunteer with animals. Please let me know in advance of any sickness or doctor’s appointments so I can plan accordingly with other families and avoid spreading anything, thank you!

I have a genuine love for working with children, which is why babysitting has been such a rewarding experience for me. I have over three years of babysitting experience, working with children ranging from infants-teenagers. I am comfortable preparing light meals and cleaning up after the children’s toys. At this time, I am not comfortable providing pick-ups, drop-offs, or other household services. Additionally, I require a minimum booking of 4 hours.For hotel/apartment, babysitting bookings, free/guaranteed parking is required. If complimentary parking is not available, reimbursement is required. I am CPR and First Aid certified and feel confident handling emergency situations should they arise. I also pride myself on having strong communication skills and make it a priority to keep parents informed about their child’s activities, routines, and any concerns.
