Hi there! My name is Claire I am currently a full time nanny taking on extra sits in my time off. I have a decade of experience with childcare I have been lucky to nanny part to full time for six years. I have an academic focus in child development and education, specializing in the Montessori model, and I am passionate about supporting curiosity and a love for learning and playing! I graduated with a degree in geoarchaeology and I have special knowledge in paleontology (dinosaurs, etc!), biology, archaeology and geology. I know tons of games and love to read or play outside! Can also cook or take care of pets. I offer tutoring for K-12 in all subjects, and AP science, Mandarin, ASL, history and ELA/ESL tutoring. Let me know if I can help with any chores as well! I am from the 2021 graduating class at Regents School of Austin and am currently a Senior majoring in Biology at A&M! I am a toddler teacher at a learning center and am BLS certified. I am studious, attentive, diligent, energetic, and empathetic. I have nannied for five consecutive summers and have babysit year round since seventh grade, for all different ages. This last summer I cared for an 11wk old, whom I absolutely adore. So, I am very comfortable with babies, tots, kids and am a lover of all different kinds of pets.
