About Alyssa

Hi parents and families! I’m a licensed speech-language pathologist with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. I currently work full-time as an SLP with stroke survivors, and I love nannying and babysitting on the side! I have previous experience as a live-in nanny for a newborn and a 15-month-old, so caring for and juggling little ones is nothing new to me! My background in speech-language pathology has also given me extensive experience supporting communication, language development, learning, and most importantly, play! Working with children has always been a passion of mine, and I would love the opportunity to help care for yours! I’m primarily available on weekends, as well as weekday evenings after 5:00 PM once I’m finished with my full-time workday.
