I write poetry, make art, LOVE being outside (especially in the sun 😌), Park enthusiast, and a lover of adventures.I have been working professionally with children for a total of 15 years. I have worked with kids ranging from infancy to high school seniors. I have always enjoyed children. I have been babysitting, since my early teens, for family and friends.

Hi! I’m Taila—a governess and travel nanny experienced in supporting infants and young children (0–4). I am the oldest child in my family with a younger brother and I grew up being involved with kids. I would volunteer to teach on Sunday schools and daycare in the summer. I love to spend my free time doing art and read as well as hang out with my friends and trying new cafes and restaurants. In college, I taught online for a year. After, I worked with preschoolers and kindergartners. We played games, read books and dabbled with new concepts. I think I really enjoy working with kids as I learn about my own childhood and try to grow from that. As a first generation kid in the US, I really looked up to older adults around me and teachers so I hope to be able to connect and be that role model for the kids I work with.
