Hi, my name is Samantha, and I am a graduate of The University of Tampa. I currently work as a Child Advocate Manager with the Guardian ad Litem Office, where I support children involved in the dependency system. I have years of experience working with children, from volunteering with special needs kids and serving in my church’s children’s ministry to babysitting for families with children of all ages, including infants. As the oldest of five siblings, I also played a big role in helping raise my younger brother and sisters. I’m reliable, have a clean driving record, and am more than happy to assist with household tasks or homework. I’ve been fingerprinted and background-checked by the City of Tampa due to my previous internship with the Department of Corrections. Additionally, I’ve worked as an aftercare counselor for elementary-aged children and interned at the Juvenile Assessment Center, giving me a well-rounded background in childcare and youth services. Hi, I’m Caitlin! I graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in nursing in May 2024 and began my career as an ICU nurse in July 2024. I work night shift full time, but when I am not working I love to babysit! During nursing school, I completed a pediatric rotation where I learned more how to care for children in the hospital setting. I love working with kids, as I have been babysitting since I was 16 years old. I have experience working at a daycare for 3 years during my college summer breaks.
