Hi, my name is Samantha, and I am a graduate of The University of Tampa. I currently work as a Child Advocate Manager with the Guardian ad Litem Office, where I support children involved in the dependency system. I have years of experience working with children, from volunteering with special needs kids and serving in my church’s children’s ministry to babysitting for families with children of all ages, including infants. As the oldest of five siblings, I also played a big role in helping raise my younger brother and sisters. I’m reliable, have a clean driving record, and am more than happy to assist with household tasks or homework. I’ve been fingerprinted and background-checked by the City of Tampa due to my previous internship with the Department of Corrections. Additionally, I’ve worked as an aftercare counselor for elementary-aged children and interned at the Juvenile Assessment Center, giving me a well-rounded background in childcare and youth services. Hello! My name is Grace Cockrell, and I’m a graduate of Florida State University. I currently work for the New York Yankees in Tampa, but I still love babysitting whenever I’m available! I have over 10 years of babysitting experience and have previously worked in a nursery with infants, as well as at an elementary school for two years during college.
