As a Bambino family, I pledge to be transparent and provide proactive communications with my Sitter during the COVID-19 pandemic. As well, I agree and pledge to the following:

• My family and I have been following social distancing guidelines as defined by the local authorities, and we will continue to follow those guidelines to the best of our ability.
• To the best of my knowledge, I have not been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the last two weeks, nor has anyone in my household.
• I will provide full transparency and answer any questions my Sitter may have of me as it relates to my social distancing and any potential exposure.
• In the event any of the above becomes untrue in the future, I will deactivate my pledge and will not consider reactivating my pledge for at least 14 days.
