When a booking is completed, Parents pay:

• A service fee for each booking

How Should Parents Choose a Sitter?

We encourage Parents to review each Sitter's profile, read reviews, consider community connections, and message Sitters through the app before confirming a booking.

Yes! If you already have a babysitter you know and trust, you can invite them to join Bambino and book them through the app.

Parents can share their unique referral link, found in the My Account section of the Bambino app, to invite a Sitter to create an account.

Once your Sitter joins Bambino, you can:

• Book them directly through the app
• Pay securely through Bambino's cashless platform
• Manage bookings, communication, and payments all in one place
• Keep your childcare organized and easy to track

If you already have a favorite babysitter, inviting them to Bambino lets you continue working together while enjoying the convenience of secure in-app booking and payments.

Whether you're booking a trusted favorite or discovering someone new, Bambino makes finding and managing childcare simple, secure, and convenient.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, we ask that you provide your Sitter with as much notice as possible.

If you created a request but haven't confirmed a Sitter yet, you can simply cancel or delete the job without any cancellation fees. Cancellation policies apply only after a Sitter has been confirmed for your booking.

Are There Cancellation Fees?

Depending on when the cancellation occurs, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are subject to a $4.95 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booking start time are subject to a fee equal to one hour at the Sitter's hourly rate or $20, whichever is greater.

These fees help compensate Sitters who have reserved time for your booking and may have turned down other opportunities.

What If My Sitter Cancels?

If a confirmed Sitter cancels a booking, Parents will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you still need childcare, you can browse other Sitters or create a new Post a Job to quickly connect with available caregivers in your area.

Can I Compensate My Sitter for a Late Cancellation?

You can still browse Sitter profiles and send requests directly when you already have someone in mind. But when you'd rather let Bambino help you find available Sitters, Post a Job does the work for you.

Instead of searching through profiles, simply post your job and review the available Sitters.

How Does Post a Job Work?

Getting started is simple:

1. Enter your booking details. Tell us when and where you need care, just as you normally would.
2. Bambino finds great matches. We first notify your Favorite Sitters, then your friends' Favorites, followed by other active, highly rated Sitters nearby.
3. Available Sitters respond. You'll only hear from Sitters who are available and interested in your booking.
4. You choose your Sitter. Review each Sitter's profile, ratings, and reviews, and then choose the Sitter who's the best fit for your family.

Post a Job helps you:

• Save time by letting available Sitters come to you
• Discover trusted Sitters you may not have found on your own
