Bambino Free Meet and Greet Promotion – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Bambino Free Meet and Greet Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Promotion Overview

The Promotion provides eligible new parents who register on Bambino with a $20 coupon code to schedule an hour-long meet and greet with a Bambino sitter. The $20 coupon is intended to cover the average hourly rate for sitters on the Bambino platform.

2. Eligibility

• This Promotion is open to new parents who have recently registered with Bambino and have not previously booked a sitter through the platform.
• The Promotion is valid for parents residing in locations where Bambino services are available.
• Only one coupon code is allowed per household. Multiple accounts or fraudulent accounts are not eligible for this offer.

3. Promotion Code

• Eligible participants will receive a $20 coupon code to be used for a meet and greet with a sitter.
• The coupon code is valid for a one-time use and must be applied during the booking process within the Bambino app.

4. Usage and Redemption

• The coupon code can only be redeemed for a scheduled one-hour meet and greet with a Bambino sitter.
• The $20 value is based on the average hourly rate of babysitters in the Bambino app. In cases where the sitter’s rate exceeds $20 per hour, the parent is responsible for paying the difference.
• If the sitter’s rate is lower than $20, no cash refund or remaining balance will be provided.
• The coupon code is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Unused codes will expire after this period.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• To schedule the meet and greet, parents must log into the Bambino app, choose a sitter, and apply the coupon code during the booking process.
• Standard Bambino terms of service for sitter bookings apply, including sitter availability and response times.
• Cancellations must be made in accordance with Bambino’s cancellation policy. If the meet and greet is canceled by the parent after the coupon code has been applied, the code will be considered redeemed, and no new code will be issued.
• In the event of a cancellation by the sitter, the parent will have the opportunity to rebook with a new sitter or receive a new coupon code.

6. Limitations

• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, including premium subscriptions.
• The coupon code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services outside of the Bambino platform.

7. Modification and Termination

• Bambino reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent or abusive behavior related to this Promotion may result in disqualification from future promotions and termination of the Bambino account.
