Bambino is a platform that facilitates the listing and booking of babysitting appointments (the “Services”). We make our Services available as an online marketplace for members who list babysitting opportunities (“Parents”) to connect with members who want to provide babysitting services (“Sitters”) and make arrangements directly with each other. We make our Services available as an online marketplace for Parents to find, book, and pay Sitters.

BAMBINO IS NOT AN AGENCY. We do not employ or engage Sitters. Our responsibilities are limited to facilitating the availability of the Services.

I acknowledge and agree that, as a facilitator of the babysitting appointments only, Bambino shall have no liability regarding any interactions I have with my Sitter or my Sitter shall have with my child(ren), whether online or offline, and I assume all risks with booking a Sitter through the app or website, including but not limited to any risks relating to transportation provided by a Sitter at my request.

The Bambino community relies on its members to be good citizens. I understand and agree that failure to abide by the following, or any of the terms in the Terms of Use, may result in my removal from Bambino:

I will treat my Sitter with respect and provide the community with an accurate and truthful review.
Once booked, I appreciate that my Sitter has reserved his or her time for me and will do my best not to cancel within 24 hours of my booking.
I understand that payments are to be made through the app. Payments outside the app are strictly prohibited and may lead to my removal from the community.

If I have any concerns about my Sitter, I will report those concerns to Bambino for the betterment of the community.
