Keep the essentials easy to find: parent phone numbers, your home address, emergency contacts, allergies, bedtime routines, and useful household details. A reusable checklist helps your Sitter learn what makes each child feel at home.
Make it fit your child’s age
Babies
Use the extra notes page for your family’s feeding instructions, diaper supplies, soothing preferences, and care routine. Include the specific instructions you want your Sitter to follow.
Toddlers and preschoolers
Include nap and bedtime routines, bathroom help, favorite comfort items, and activities your child enjoys.
Children ages 5–10
Add homework plans, favorite activities, screen rules, bedtime, and what your child can do independently.

Can I edit it later?
Choose Save on this device, then return to this page in the same browser and select Load saved checklist. Save again after making changes.
Where is my information saved?
The checklist saves in this browser on this device. It does not sync to another device or your Bambino account. Clearing browser data can remove the saved copy. On shared devices, use Clear checklist to remove it.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Select Add child for each child’s name, age, allergies, routines, and preferences. Optional extra notes give longer routines their own space.
Will it print on one page?
Brief essentials can fit on one page. Extra children and longer notes may need additional pages. The preview shows the page count, and each page includes the Bambino footer.
How do I save a PDF?
Select Print or save as PDF, then choose your browser’s PDF destination. Use Letter paper in portrait orientation and turn off the browser’s own headers and footers.
Is this a checklist for every booking?
It is a reusable household guide. Update it when contacts or routines change and share visit-specific changes with your Sitter separately.
