Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 6 strawberries, chopped
- ⅔ cup raspberries, broken up
- ⅔ cup blueberries
- 3 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
How to make it
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Spread yogurt evenly, no thicker than ¼ inch.
- Scatter berries, coconut, and almonds across the yogurt and press lightly into the surface.
- Freeze at least 3 hours until solid. Let stand about 5 minutes before breaking into 18 pieces. Serve immediately; keep extra pieces in a sealed freezer container.
