- ⅓ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons water, plus more if needed
How to make it
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides.
- Add small splashes of water if the mixture is too stiff. Taste and adjust lemon or salt. Spoon into a bowl to serve.
